Meet Joe LaFauci
My name is Joe LaFauci, and I am running to be your next Republican State Committeeman. I have supported Donald Trump since day one, and I will fight to protect his agenda at the Republican Party of Florida.
I am running because we need a new generation of leadership to expand the Republican Party in Florida, and help conservatives win. Now, more than ever, we must fight to stop radical liberal ideology at its source. I am a young Republican who will carry the torch of those who came before me to secure our borders, protect life, and fight radical gender ideology.
The State Committeeman is responsible for representing the Palm Beach County Republican party at the state level. This position requires experience and relationships at the state and national level. I have been running campaigns since 2016, met thousands of people along the way, and I have built coalition groups that are built on an agenda that all republicans can get behind:

Platform
1. Transparent Communication with RPOF
One of the crucial challenges we face at the local level is the lack of consistent communication from the state party. Recognizing the importance of being informed, I am committed to bridging this gap. As your State Committeeman, I pledge to facilitate regular monthly updates detailing the developments within the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF). By ensuring a continuous flow of information, we aim to maximize Palm Beach County's influence and presence at the state level.
2. Building Lasting Coalitions
The remarkable victories under Governor DeSantis' leadership in 2022 demonstrated the power of a unifying platform. Moving forward, it's imperative that we continue to expand our reach by engaging with communities traditionally overlooked by the GOP. My goal is to establish enduring coalition outreach groups that persist beyond the election cycles, thus saving resources and strengthening our party's foundation across all campaigns.
3. Revitalizing External Affairs
Over the past decade, the growth of the Palm Beach Republican Executive Committee's membership has plateaued, pointing to a need for rejuvenation in how we connect with potential members and support new candidates. I propose the creation of a new division focused on External Affairs, dedicated to invigorating our recruitment efforts and expanding our outreach. This initiative will prioritize attracting energetic, younger voters and providing robust support to ensure that the REC serves as a dynamic hub for political engagement.
